Currently, we are looking for a potential candidate for position of Tax Consultant/Assistant - Transfer Pricing Services based in HCMC.

Main Responsibilities:

Support our team to deliver tax/ transfer pricing work to Vietnamese and multinational clients across a range of industries:

• Prepare and review Local file, Master file, and Country-by-Country Report in strict compliance with transfer pricing regulations
• Be in charge of functional analysis, benchmarking studies and analyzing of the clients’ issues
• Attend meetings with our clients to understand their businesses and tax /transfer pricing policies
• Identify potential transfer pricing risks in client financial data with proposed practical solutions
• Assist in preparing workpapers and defense documents for tax audits or voluntary disclosures
• Manage timelines, resources, quality control, and the final delivery of multiple TP engagements
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong professional relationships
• Assist Managers in mentoring team members
• Execute other professional tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Banking, Business or other related finance majors
• Professional qualifications (ACCA, ICAEW, CPA, etc.) are an advantage
• At least 1 year of related work experience (E.g.: Tax Assistant, Tax Accountant, Transfer Pricing, etc.) required
• Strong analytical mindset and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
