Job description

Perform and assist in leading team to deliver accounting & tax services to RSM’s clients:

• Perform accounting records which include balance sheet, income statement, trial balance and general ledgers on a monthly or quarterly basis
• Perform compliance reviews of and provide recommendations on specific accounting compliance matters
• Participate in conducting and completion of tax compliance and advisory services in accordance with prevailing tax laws and regulations
• Assist in managing the performance of each engagement and coaching junior team members
• Develop and maintain distinct relationships with appropriate contact points from clients.
• Other tasks as assigned

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Audit, Finance, Tax, Banking, Business or other related majors
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting and tax fields for outsourcing or professional service firms
• Good knowledge of Accounting, Tax practices and procedures
• Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with clients and colleagues.
• Able to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent computer-literacy skills
• Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
