Openings Talent Acquisition Assistant

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Talent Acquisition (70%)

1.     Recruitment (Mass Recruitment & Experienced Hire):

  • Connect across RSM team within the firm to identify hiring needs
  • Execute recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, arranging tests, coordinating interviews
  • Execute and innovate firm’s young talent programs: Internship Program, Graduate Program
  • Follow up with the result of selection and signing offer letter process
  • Assist in monthly recruitment report

2.     Employee Experience:

  • Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience at RSM Vietnam
  • Assist and coordinate cross-department in organizing engagement activities

3.     Employer Branding:

  • Attend and contribute to branding activities such as office visits, career fairs, webinar, etc.
  • Maintain good relationship with university faculties and student clubs

4.     Others:

  • Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics

Total Reward (10%)

  • Keep track the list of qualified candidates together with C&B Team for newcomer’s databases (Offer Letter, employee documentation, etc.)
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs

Admin Tasks (20%)

  • Form and maintain employee records
  • Support updating internal databases
  • Keep track with reports on the department’s monthly, quarterly and yearly expense
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support firm-wide projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Deep research and revise company policies
  • Other tasks as requests

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or related fields
  • 1 - 2 years of related work experience required
  • Practical experience in internal HR services at accounting firms would be ideal
  • Good at using English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) in social and business communication
