The Learning & Development Intern will have responsibility for the coordination and administration of learning & development programmes.
Main Reposibilities:
Learning programmes coordination & delivery:
- Coordinate resources and logistics for learning courses
- Assist in providing support to instructors on logistic matters during training sessions
- Track employee participation rates in learning programmes
- Assist with post-course administration, including conduct post-learning evaluation survey, archive training materials, training recordings, list of participants
Requirements:
- 3rd or 4th year student majoring in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent
- Able to work full-time during a 6-month internship, Mon - Fri, 8AM - 5PM
- Proficiency in MS Office 365 application
- Demonstrate strong social/ verbal/ written communication, interpersonal skills and collaboration skills with internal clients
- Show strong teamwork skills and demonstrate the willingness to put in effort and time when the team is under pressure;
