Openings HR Intern

Main responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (50%)

  • Execute recruitment activities: sourcing candidates, arranging tests, coordinating interviews
  • Assist in performing new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience at RSM Vietnam
  • Coordinate cross-departmental engagement activities
  • Attend and contribute to branding activities such as office visits, career fairs, webinars, etc.

Total Reward (10%)

  • Keep track of the list of qualified candidates together with the C&B Team for the newcomer’s documentation 
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs

Admin Tasks (40%)

  • Form and maintain employee records
  • Support updating internal databases
  • Connect across the HR team to participate in HR projects
  • Other tasks as requests
Requirements:
  • Third or final year student with bachelor‘s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related majors
  • Be able to work full-time during the Internship (08:30 - 17:30; Mon-Friday)
  • Full skill practices and applications of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
  • Enthusiastic, highly responsible and eager to learn
  • Detail-oriented, Ability to work multi-tasks
  • Effective communication skills.
