As an Assistant in Transaction Advisory Services you will:
Support our team to provide due diligence engagements and transactional support services to clients covering a wide range of businesses and industries:
- Perform detailed financial and trend analysis using a range of different sources including Target co annual financial statements, monthly management accounts, trial balance data, operational KPIs, and management reporting packs
- Prepare a summary of key findings identified from analysis and review performed, and clearly articulate conclusions for project team discussion
- Collaborate with project team to highlight key matters to be communicated to the client
- Create accurate, insightful schedules to be included in due diligence reports and client deliverables
- Other tasks as assigned.
We are looking for:
- Final year student or fresh graduate with Tax, Accounting, Audit, Finance, Business Law, or other related business majors
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to pursue the passion of continuous learning and development.
Special Qualification Exemptions:
Having ACCA certificates with evidence attached to the application will be EXEMPTED from:
- CV Screening: Passed 2 out 3 F1/ F2/ F3 or above.
- Testing:
- Audit & Assurance Services: Passed 3 papers of F3, F7, F8.
- Tax & Advisory Services: Passed 3 papers of F4, F6, F7.
- Group Interview: Hold advanced Diploma and English with IELTS 6.5 above or equivalent.
- Final Interview: No exemption
