Job summary

To provide administrative support to the Contract Administration team through document preparation, filing, data entry, contract tracking, and reporting assistance, ensuring contract records are maintained accurately and efficiently.

This role offers valuable hands-on experience in contract administration and business operations within a professional services firm, while developing strong organizational, document management, and administrative coordination skills.

Main responsibilities

Contract administration support

  • Print finalized contract documents for approval and signature
  • Arrange, staple, and prepare contract packages before submission for signing
  • Update contract information in tracking files and internal systems
  • Support the handover and collection of contract documents between the Contract Team and Service Teams and maintain related tracking records.
  • Keep records of contracts that have not yet been returned by clients
  • Assist in filing and maintaining hard-copy contract documents in accordance with company filing procedures

Reporting & administrative support

  • Prepare supporting information and documents for internal requests
  • Assist with data entry and administrative record keeping as assigned
  • Support urgent operational and administrative activities during peak periods
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Third-year or Final-year students pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, Accounting, Office Administration, or other related disciplines
  • Be able to complete 5-month internship (August - December 2026)
  • Be able to work at office, full-time (Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 6 PM)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and filing skills
  • Responsible, reliable, and willing to learn
  • Ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
