Main Accountabilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of audit procedures under the supervision of senior team members
• Perform testing of financial data and support in identifying discrepancies or unusual transactions
• Help prepare working papers and audit documentation in accordance with internal standards
• Participate in fieldwork and client meetings as needed
• Support the team in gathering and analyzing client information
• Assist with administrative tasks related to audit engagements
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in all client interactions
• Adhere to the firm’s policies, procedures, and ethical standards
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Final year student or fresh graduate with bachelor’s degree in Auditing, Accounting, Finance
• Demonstrate strong social, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as interpersonal and collaboration skills with clients
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated, proactive, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
• Well-organized, with the ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple tasks
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in using English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing) for social and business communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications
• Willing to go the extra mile for work
