Openings Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities:

*Business Development Planning & Strategy

• Work with the Management Board in planning the business development strategies.

• Understand the branding and marketing activities of the Firm for effective collaboration in strategic business development activities.

*Sales

• Execute sales strategies in alignment with the Firm’s business growth strategies.

• Participate with Partners, Technical teams, and Country Desks in approaching clients and bidding service provision.

• Deploy rigorous sales processes including proactively identifying qualified leads/prospects, pursuing opportunities, pricing, negotiating, contracting, resolving any concerns to close target sales successfully.

• Monitoring sales management processes, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, and quality of satisfying internal and external client expectations.

• Ensuring continuous improvement in client experiences through the development and deployment of best practice processes

• Support in up-selling, cross-selling activities intercompany and in-bound/out-bound referrals within the RSM network globally

* Customer Relationship & Caring

• Deepen and broaden relationships at existing accounts to drive service line penetration.

• Approach and develop new relationships with target clients.

• Co-ordinate client-relationship events and deliver return on investment through deepened relationships and increased opportunities

• Participate in working and maintaining good relationships with strategic business partners for permanent business growth purposes.

*Team management

• Develop, assign and monitor responsibilities, tasks, and performance of the Business Development Team in alignment with the Firm’s business plan over time

* Other

• Complete any other works or tasks as assigned by the Firm

 

Job Requirements:

* Education & Experience

• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or other relevant fields

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the professional services industry

* Knowledge

• Knowledge of legal, tax or audit field

• Knowledge of business development in the professional services industry is encouraged.

* Skills

• Strong business acumen, strategic thinking

• Show excellent interpersonal and collaboration competence (including social/verbal/written communication skills).

• Demonstrate proactive and results-oriented leadership

• Ability to develop and nurture effective business relationships.

• Good at business negotiation and client acquisition management

• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages (including MS Office)

* Others Requirement

• Fluent English language (speaking, listening, reading, and writing)

• Good at Japanese/ Korean/ Chinese is a plus.
